Say what you see...

It's good but it's not right.

We are in the middle of our employee survey season when every individual Jobsiter gets to say what they think about the company, communication within and across the company, reward and many other important aspects of their working lives.

It would be wrong of me to give specific details at this stage as some people are yet to fill in their surveys, but having organised a few of these the root of most problems seem to revolve around communication, or the lack thereof, across or within organisations.

The fact that we have a survey which compiles feedback anonymously into a report which can be disseminated across the group, is in itself a great way of gaining an awful lot of information in one foul swoop.

It is however, what you do with that information which is important. And no organisation is perfect...
