Killer questions can be difficult to respond to, but they are just a tactic used by interviewers to understand how you think and react in a given situation.

What would I answer to "What is your biggest weakness?" eg- Chocalate?


Describe a time when you have delayed making a decision? How? and Why?


Please give me an example of a poor decision you have made and explain why it was bad?


I find it difficult answering
"What kind of initiative do you take at work?" and "How do use contribute to the team?"


Why should I employ you? This has been a tricky question to answered.How would you answer this?


What is the hardest decision you have ever had to make?


What you need to say, is although chocolate may be your biggest weakness, it is actually full of the B vitamins so you can forgive yourself for this, and try to limit your weakness to time when you are lacking in this area. That is explain how something negative can be seen as a positive.
