Interview surgery
The interview surgery is the place where you can share experiences and get answers to your interview questions. It's easy to get involved; simply send in your interview question, or offer your advice on another question using the comment box below.
Depends on the role, who has seen you before and what the previous interviews have been like. Talk to your contact at the firm or recruitment agency and get them to find out the format. Generally you will meet someone 'senior' either your new boss, or their boss so be well prepared.
You can assume that someone has liked what they have seen so far - so be confident.
