TUPE

The tupe regulations are about to apply to me. Can the new employer change my job description or terms and conditions?

I have been made redundant 4 months after tupe, work is still there, which I tuped to do, but my company says the company car I have makes it uneconomical to continue, and want part-time employees. Only management have company cars, but we have been told they can't restructure , or alter terms and conditions under tupe - is this correct?
