Work Wont Re-employ Me After Sick Leave
I have been on long term sick leave motor accident and surgical treatment operations .My employer has stopped my payment but my post has been kept open. I have made a resonable recovery to enable me return to work but my boss is reluctant to re-deploy me as in her opinion she considers me unfit to effectively carry out my job in the light of the nature of illness I have had.
The medical team do not see any reason why Imay not perform my full time duties at the completion of my treatment programme but my boss is simply not interested in having me back. I have worked for this industry for 17 years prior to this problem.She has even suggested I try looking for jobs elsewhere . Please advise me on what's my best options
