No Salary Review Until Next Year!
I have been working as a Project Manager in a company for 4 months. The role I accepted was as project coordinator but the set up of the projects and the company means I am in fact the project manager.
I think my salary is "ok" for doing this work however I've just been informed I won't be considered for salary review until the round of reviews in 2009 (despite a letter from the GM implying otherwise). Am I expecting too much too soon? Should I just get my head down and work hard to prove myself until next year?
