Dude - Where's My Car?!

Within my contract of employment it says I am entitled to a company car. He does not want to honour this due to not having a budget for it. He explained I have been issued the wrong contract. What can I do about this and can I legally demand the car? Thanks in advance for you help.

I was very recently TUPEd over. Prior to the transfer my 20 year old daughter was able to drive my Company Car. This was informally agreed accepting increased excess (not in my Conditions of Contract) and her name / licence given and recorded for insurance purpose. The new company refuses to honour this agreement citing she needs to be over 25 years to be considered.
Have I got a case; she has been driving for about 18 months without a problem?
