When Do I Leave?
I want to leave my job and I am required to give 4 weeks notice but I'm thinking of giving 6 weeks as I want to give my employers more time to find a replacement.
My concern is that if I gave 6 weeks notice can they ask me to leave sooner without paying me? or do they have to honour my leaving date? I don't want to give them an extra 2 weeks notice if they can force me to leave within the month.
